Anyone that has done some Rolfing probably understands that this work is all about our posture, how we stand and move around in gravity. What does good posture really look like? It certainly does not entail holding yourself in a military stance. Good posture should be graceful and to some degree, effortless. If it is not, we want to get at the root of what is interfering with the natural expression of graceful posture and movement. Although "good" posture is always a full body issue, I will focus on the upper body in this video.
