Rolfing is about more than good static posture, it's about freedom of movement. If we can achieve more fluid movement, we will incur less strain, old injuries may have a chance to heal, and our bodies can find balance. When there is restriction in the joints, muscles, and in the way we hold ourselves while moving about, there is excess strain and this can lead to problems. Learn to allow your body to express itself, while having restrictions addressed, and graceful effortless movement could be the result.
