Hey There
My journey to becoming a Rolfer started with advanced deep tissue and structural body work training under respected Rolfers like Art Riggs and Marty Morales in San Francisco. This experience piqued my interest in Rolfing and led me to Colorado to begin my training at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder. I am proud to say that I have never regretted this decision because, every day, I see how much Rolfing helps my clients.
About Me

I’ve been practicing manual therapy professionally for over 20 years, and I am proud to be a Certified Advanced Rolfer. My practice is rooted in extensive training in various forms of bodywork, which began during my time at college in Austin, TX. Initially exposed to healing practices through Aikido, that experience sparked my interest in further exploration, so after completing my degree in Anthropology at the University of Texas- Austin, I went on to study massage in San Francisco, focusing on Swedish and Shiatsu, among other techniques, eventually traveling to India to study Ayurveda and healing techniques passed down in the traditional martial arts of Kerala.

During my spare time I enjoy practicing meditation, mindfulness, and studying eastern philosophy. I have some background in Buddhist meditation and have spent many years working with G.I Gurdjieff's system of mind-body development with The Gurdjieff Foundation in Austin, San Francisco, and Boulder. I also enjoy cooking food, and playing Irish music on a variety of instruments and can be found playing with other musicians at Irish pubs. In addition to my ongoing studies in Rolfing I regularly assist with classes at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute.
